01Do my Paca Points expire?
No. Once you've earned points, they stay in your account until you redeem them. No use-by date, no surprise resets.
02Where do I see my points balance?
Sign in to your account, then click the Rewards icon (lower-right of any page) or visit your account dashboard. Your current balance, history, and personal referral link are all there.
03How do I redeem Paca Points?
Open the Rewards panel and pick a reward (store credit, free pair, or member perk). You'll get a code to apply at checkout.
04Can I combine Paca Points with a promo code?
Generally no — only one discount code per order. Use whichever saves you more on that purchase. Free-shipping rewards stack with any discount.
05Do points apply to sale items?
Yes. Earn 1 point per dollar spent on every order, regardless of whether items are full price or on sale.
06What if I forgot to sign in before checking out?
Email warranty@alteraalpaca.com with your order number and we'll attach the points to your account manually.
07If I return a purchase, do I lose those points?
Yes — points earned on the returned items are removed when the return is processed. Points used as a discount on the order get returned to your balance.
08What happens to my friend's referral if they don't sign up right away?
Your referral link tracks for 30 days. If your friend orders within that window, you both get credit.
09Can I transfer points to another account?
Points are tied to the account that earned them and aren't transferable. If you need to consolidate two accounts (e.g., merging an old email), email customer service and we can help.
