01Do my Paca Points expire?
No. Once you've earned points, they stay in your account until you redeem them.
02Where do I see my points balance?
Sign in to your account, then scroll up on this page. Your current balance, ways to earn and redeem points, and personal referral link are all there.
03How do I redeem Paca Points?
You can redeem your points on this page when you log into your account. You'll be emailed a code after you redeem your points for a reward that you can apply at checkout.
04Can I combine Paca Points with a promo code?
Generally no — only one discount code per order. Use whichever saves you more on that purchase.
05Do points apply to sale items?
Yes. Earn 1 point per dollar spent on every order, regardless of whether items are full price or on sale.
06What if I forgot to sign in before checking out?
Email support@alteraalpaca.com with your order number and we'll attach the points to your account manually.
07If I return a purchase, do I lose those points?
Yes — points earned on the returned items are removed when the return is processed. Points used as a discount on the order get returned to your balance.
08HOW DO I SHARE MY REFERRAL LINK SO THEY GET 15% OFF?
You have a custom referral link that can be found when you log into your account on this page. Just copy the code and send it to as many friends as you want. Once they place an order, you get 1,000 Paca Points added to your account. There's no limit on how many times you share it.
09Can I transfer points to another account?
Points are tied to the account that earned them and aren't transferable. If you need to consolidate two accounts (e.g., merging an old email), email us at: support@alteraalpaca.com and we can help.
10Do rewards expire after i redeem points?
No. Your discount code does not expire, so you can use your rewards at any time.
