You must have an account to earn rewards. Once you create an account, you will get 500 Points.

How do rewards work?
Once you login, click the "Rewards" icon in the bottom right corner of the home page or click here to see how many points you have and how you can redeem them. A unique discount code will be generated that you can use when you checkout. Points can be used for the following:
- 500 Points = 5% off
- 1000 Points = 10% off or free shipping
- 1500 Points = 15% off
- 2000 Points = 20% off
- 2500 Points = 25% off
- 3000 Points = 30% off
- 3500 Points = 35% off
How do I find my referral link?
Make sure you are logged in and click the "Rewards" icon in the bottom right hand corner of the home page or click here. Copy your unique referral code and share it with your friends. Your friend will earn 15% off and you can earn 15% off for yourself. It's a win-win!
Where can I find my Paca Point balance?
Once you are logged into alteraalpaca.com you can click on the "Rewards" icon on the bottom right hand corner of the home page or click here to see your point balance.
Do My Paca Points expire?
No, you can keep racking up the paca points for even better discounts on your favorite alpaca socks.
What if I have a wholesale account?
At this time, the points do not apply to wholesale accounts.
Do discount codes expire?
If you used points to get a discount or free shipping, but want to use it for a future purchase, your discount code will not expire so you can use it later.
