If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase just place your clean pair of socks in a package along with the below requested information to:

Please include the following information:
1) When and where the socks were purchased
2) Amount paid
3) Your complete name, mailing address, email and phone number
We will send your replacements to the address you provided.
HOW LONG IS THE TURN AROUND ON WARRANTY RETURNS?
We try to get your replacement socks shipped out within 30 days of receiving them. During peak season, it may take us a bit longer.
WHAT DOES OUR WARRANTY COVER?
Basically anything and everything. If they are not the most comfortable, durable, best fitting socks you have ever owned return them to us for your money back or another pair. Things that generally aren’t covered: disappeared in the dryer, dog ate them, too close to camp fire, theft by friend or foe, etc. However, all claims made in good faith will be considered. Please note, socks purchased as seconds, irregulars or from unauthorized dealers are not covered by our warranty.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
