Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your order date, as long as items are unworn and still in their original packaging.

To start a return or exchange, please send your socks back to us along with your name, contact information, order number, and a note explaining what you’d like us to do.

We recommend keeping your shipping receipt and tracking number, as Altera is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
